What is your holiday return policy?During the holiday season, returns are accepted anything through January 31st for orders placed after November 8th to accommodate any gifts that you or your friends and family didn’t fall completely in love with.

Can I use more than one promo code on an order?One code can be used per order. It may not be giving you an error, but it will remove one of the two codes. Make sure you’re using the code that give you the best offer!

Shipping/Delivery InfoWe do not deliver on weekends. We use Canada Post. If you require specific shipping arrangements, please contact our customer care team to see if they can accommodate.

When will my order ship?During our peak season orders may take a day or two longer to ship due to the high volume of orders coming in. We thank you for your patience. If you need it quicker, please feel free to contact us to see if we can upgrade your shipping for an additional charge.
